What are you currently doing and what role does Board of Young Leaders Program have in that?



Currently working as a freelance event manager managing the most porsche clients in town including Envedia, Punchliner's, Vh1 and Grapevine Network

Running my own NGO in the name LIVE also worked with many pan India organization's namely SWANS and JOY OF GIVING

Central radio RJ working at Akashwani



Which department did you work in and what did you enjoy the most about it?


I worked as a human resource manager for Lucknow initially and later got promoted to AVP.

My job was a lot of fun and purposeful as I had to take national and international interview's.

I enjoyed connecting with team.

Creating and maintaining EMN network was also amazing.



What skills did you pick up at Board of Young Leaders Program that is helping you achieve your goals?


I got a chance to polish my communication skills. For being an event manager communication is what you need the most. Also to understand what client has in mind and converting it into tangible output require's good communication skills.



Did Board of Young Leaders Program help you to develop your personality?


It was my stepping stone as my first internship and the program certainly gave me a better direction to work.


Tell us something about the experiential learning during the program?


During the internship I improved upon my presentation style be it in written or verbal. I was holding meetings and conducting interviews and doing a lot more, that perhaps students my age don't get to do.
