1. Tell us more about yourself and your profession.

I’m into fitness. Currently, I’m gaining all the knowledge related to fitness so that further I can help people get fit. I am currently pursuing my third certification. Once you get into fitness, it becomes a lifestyle rather than just a motive.

2. What is your fitness mantra?
  • Fitness is a lifestyle, not just a hobby.
  • Consistency is the key.

3. What are some of major misconceptions about diets and exercises?

• If you starve yourself, you’ll lose weight. Mostly, it ends up being the opposite.

• Dieting is only about eating healthy and the greens. Trust me, it’s not. No food is unhealthy until you know how to maintain calories.

• If you start working out in your teenage, you won’t grow up tall. Completely FALSE.

4. How can one maintain a healthy lifestyle?

By exercising regularly and maintaining a good diet.

It’s very important for each and everyone to exercise at least for 40 minutes to an hour as it not only helps you physically but also mentally. Most of the diseases are caused due to obesity.

5. How can one build a successful career in your field?

We all know that fitness is a booming industry. Nearly everyone aspires to be fit and look good.

We have seen a tremendous rise in this industry since the past few years. If one gains the right knowledge, it’s the best field to make a career in.

6. What is one piece of advice you would like to give someone who wishes to lose weight?

I’d say, you need to stop wishing if you really want it to happen.

It’s you who can make a difference. Change for yourself.

7. How do diets and exercise contribute to overall well being and happiness?

When we workout, our body releases endorphins hormones which helps us to relive stress and pain. It’s acts as a stress buster.

Happiness is not just about being physically fit, thus, these happy hormones help us emotionally as well.

Also, nutrition and workout go hand in hand, you need to manage both in order to achieve your goals.
