Today while scrolling my LinkedIn, I
came across a very positive quote that embolden me to pen down my thoughts on
how our country, our people, as a whole is together against pandemic disease of
COVID-19.
The quote read as follows:
We Are All A Little Broken but The Last Time, I Checked, Broken Crayons Still Color the Same.
Hello readers! Greetings for the day.
Today the article is all about how
India and world is fighting for their existence.
Also, each country is giving their
heart and soul and utilizing their resources beyond the capacity to save
humanity “Not economy, Not politics” but one and only thing “humanity”.
Twist to the
Tale of Corona
“Sometimes when you’re in a dark place
you think you have been buried , but you’ve actually been planted “.In today’s
time each and every person of this world is full of pessimism and fear , fear
of future , fear of death , A tiny virus which is not even visible by the naked
eye – The CORONA VIRUS has turned the entire world upside down
It seems as if the world has been put
on pause and each one of us is just waiting for the play button to get pressed.
Now for a moment let us just keep all the negativity – The no. of deaths, the
people sufferings, economic slowdown on one side, this surely can’t be ignored
but one needs to look for rainbows when it rains and for stars when it is dark.
Now it’s high time and we all need to look at the other side of the coin
A very famous quote by J.K Rowling
says –
Happiness can be found in the darkest of time only if one remembers to switch on the light.
The residents of Jalandhar ,
Punjab woke up to an unprecedented view
– The Snow – capped Himalayan range , which was seen after 30 long years , The
people of Delhi finally got to breathe
in satisfactory air quality and according to the reports of National crime
records bureau life of 3700 people is being saved every day that die due to
road accidents , all thanks to this
21-days lockdown .
Apart from these positives this
quarantine period has made us realize
what we were missing in our lives .The chirping of birds , the rustling of
leaves , the sound of water dropping , the soulful voice of azaan in evening ,
the wind blowing through our hair , These are very small things but the
happiness and satisfaction derived from these make us say – WOW !! Life is
indeed Beautiful. Surely life these days has become a bumpy road, but at least
it is leading us somewhere.
A Very famous quote goes as – “when spiders unite,
they can tie down a lion “
No
doubt India is in grave danger right now, but a ray of hope in this gloomy
surrounding is our unity, from north to south and from west to east, each
Indian has joined their hands to fight this deadly disease
Now following the above proverb, we
Indians are no behind in proving the same. Right starting from strict lockdown,
which starts in second week of March, to contributing whopping amount of INR 15
Billion (1500 crores) towards PM Care Relief Fund, we as a nation
have proved our strength.

- ·

“Businesses need to go beyond the interest of their companies to the community
they serve” that also reflects in their action
Tata Sons and Tata Trusts have pledged to contribute Rs 1,500 crore for the cause.
Apart from this, India’s richest man Mukesh Ambani decided to

Satisfaction
– The Real Asset
Prince Charles has net worth of around
$100 million , Boris Johnson is the Prime minister of United Kingdom with
population of around 6.64 crore , Kanika Kapoor - the famous baby doll singer
and many other famous people like them have tested positive for corona virus ,
now these people absolutely have no
dearth of money and power but the corona virus possibly didn’t
saw this criteria before entering their bodies.
This proves one very major thing that money behind which each individual
is running blindly and is sacrificing the precious moments of his life is much
more than pieces of paper but it is not everything and It is rightly quoted “
Some people are poor – all they have is just money “
Mukesh Ambani – India’s richest man,
Virat Kohli – captain of Indian cricket team and Amitabh Bachchan – The
Shenshah of Bollywood and we the commoners, as we call ourselves all of us have
just the same weapon to fight corona virus which is social distancing.
Neither Ambani’s crores nor Mr.
Bachchan ‘s enormous fan following would get them A CORONA PROTECTION JACKET,
even they are locked in their houses like us. This arouses a very crucial
question that why then 24*7 we crib of not having ample money, fame, this and
that?? – The answer is because we are humans and we can never be happy unless
we stop looking at what others have, and now this lock down has made us realize that
nothing in this nature can bloom the entire year.

Jump
from virtual to real world
Rock….
Paper…. Scissors....BINGO.... Tipi tipi Top which colour you want... These
voices which earlier echoed in very house were overshadowed by PUBG, Temple
Run, Subway surfers and finally they have come back and that too with a bang,
all thanks to corona virus
Now
when everyone has just one thing to do that is pass time, 24*7 with phones is
not practically possible and this has paved way for games like Carrom, chopad,
stappoo and other outdoor games to come into existence which got lost in this
technology driven world.
The
fun of playing Tambola with the entire family , the pride of defeating your
grandpa in carrom , the fighting with cousins for getting chance in
blackful , the throwing of ball at the
7stones , The regret of not getting 6 on
your dice , has made us go back in those times when there was no phones , no
internet and yet people were living happily and satisfactorily.
