1. Tell us more about your role and responsibilities at your college.


As the general secretary of my department i.e. Eximious the BA Programme department I work for the welfare of the department and also with the help of other post holders I conduct various departmental activities like movie screening. Also, I work to resolve the issues of the students of my department if they have any.


2. What's it like to juggle between a leadership role and normal college life?


Well I must say that there is no conflict between both the roles as they are complimentary and not contradictory. I enjoy both the lives a lot.


3. What have been some of your biggest challenges and learnings from what you do?


Well the biggest challenge for me or you can say the most important task for me to do right now is to make my voters proud of their decision. If they have elected me then all I want is to serve them properly.


4. Do you enjoy the kind of influence you hold at such a young age?


Yes, Definitely I enjoy and actually it is not an influence it is an experience and I am grateful that I got this opportunity. It gives me an exposure which for sure helps a human to become a person who is not afraid of challenges.


5. What are your career goals and how is what you are doing is going to help you with that?


My aim and passion of life is to join Indian Foreign Services. It is my dream to represent my country in different countries.
The leadership quality I got from this prestigious post will definitely help me to be successful in my role.


6. What did you do in your current role that makes you feel really proud of yourself?


If anyhow I am of any use to my college and the students that makes me feel proud in itself.


7. What's your message to encourage students to do internships and attend conferences?


Exposure is the key to success; the more you are going to attend them the more you are opening yourself to new opportunities. So yes I would say that students should attend as many conferences and internships as they can.
