1. Tell us more about your roles and responsibilities.

I play a leadership role as a Class Representative to manage all the activities of my class . I am the member of most of the clubs in my college like NSS, EDC, Robonixe, Code Vision. I also Organize the E-Fest 2020 in this event I manage all the things and all the programs that held in this event.

 2. How did you rise up to your position and how can a student aspiring the same, approach it?

Whenever I assigned any I task I put my 100% for doing that task . I joined most of the clubs in my college I am very passionate to do something for my ailing planet. My advice to students aspiring to join societies would be to choose the one which interests them the most and contribute wholeheartedly.

3. What is it like to juggle between a leadership role and normal college life?

I think juggling between the two is the best part. It is fun, and yet the most challenging one. This is where most people fail. It is important to strike a balance between the two in a way that none of them has to compromise. However, there are times when you have to keep aside the college life pleasures in order to do justice to your leadership role and the responsibilities attached to it, and vice versa.

And this is where you get to learn how important it is to adroitly balance life from both personal and professional forefronts.

There is no set pattern as to how an individual should strike this balance. I believe everybody has to device their own ways which help them excel at it. After all, juggling isn’t an easy job. It takes a lot of practice and patience.

4. What have been some of your biggest challenges and learning’s from what you do?

During my freshman year is when I faced my biggest challenge as a student. I had never lived away from home before, and I experienced severe homesickness. I was almost defeated by it, and had the opportunity to go home and attend a local college instead.

But I decided to try to overcome my homesickness, which I did by making a real effort to connect socially with new friends in my classes, my dorm, and a campus church group.

5. How do your parents look at you participating in extracurricular activities?

My parents always say that education is important but having some good experience in extracurricular activities beside the course I most important for the college student. So they always happy whenever I participate in any extracurricular activities and the very supportive about it.

6. What are your career goals and how is what you are doing going to help you with that?

My goal is to get placed at my dream company like that one where I can continue to grow and improve myself both personally and professionally. I enjoy challenges and look forward to opportunities where I will be able to assume more responsibilities.

Ultimately, I’d like to move into management with a focus on strategy and development and work my way into a long-term position where  I can build a solid career. Right now, I’m focusing on improving my communication skills and programming skills.

I’m very interested in leadership positions and know effective communication is critical.

7. How can we encourage more young students as you to take-up leadership roles?

Everyone should take-up the leadership roles because in my view by taking part in leadership role you can learn many thing like management how manage time and also learn to take a right decision as a leader some time you have to take your decision by your own this way you develop your skills like management and decision making .

8. What’s your message to encourage students to do internships and attend conferences? What’s your message to encourage students to do internships and attend conferences?

Internships are a gateway to learning and adding new soft & hard skills. As a student, one should undertake a few Internship of their interested fields/sector to understand the right career to choose after.

I have done Internships at Eat My News. Internships not only provide better learning in terms of corporate exposure, knowledge but also let you earn as many Internship comes along with lucrative stipend as well.

Internship provide you to implement your skills and also develop some new skills, by doing any internship you learn communication skills. I think everyone should attend the conference that is happening in his/her college or outside the college.

Speakers at the conference are achievers in the their respective field by listening them you can learn lot of things and the speaker share lots of their experience about this work not only work but also about their college life you learn from their how he achieve this things .

College is the last stage of our exploration without any fear of failure or pressure. Do whatever you want to and figure different things. You never know what lies ahead so grab every opportunity which knocks.
