1. Tell us more about your company and your journey?
I basically have two companies running as of now. One deal in heavy engineering equipment & the other one is a marketing company & is coming up with a digital university & community very soon.

2. How did you come up with this idea and go about executing it?
I got the idea when I saw that there is a lack of proper channel for heavy engineering equipments in India, I went out to different plant manufacturers & different electroplating plants in India & tried to understand their problem & after that planned a solution for them to give them a proper channel where they can find out the best & the most suitable machinery for their use.

3. What has been your biggest challenge that you faced and how did you overcome that?
There were many challenges before starting all this as I had never done business or anything like that, I just knew how to do it, but it’s like what you learn & what you do practically, are two different things.
The biggest challenge here was to create space & trust in such an expensive industry. I just kept myself humble & always worked with 100% transparency & that’s how I gained their trust & a secure place in the industry.

4. What do you think are the most important qualities of a successful entrepreneur?
Successful entrepreneurs never fail to inspire aspiring entrepreneurs. Starting a new business requires a special set of skills and attributes. However, it is individual characteristics that define success.
The qualities that every entrepreneur has in common are self-discipline, having immense patience, trusting in others & the process, risk-taking ability & being humble.

5. What are some of the most important factors for running a successful business?
A business becomes successful only if you have a good team, proper plan, great & timely decisions & most importantly that you keep a check on your products & try to keep your customers happy.

6. What are your tips for the first time and aspiring entrepreneurs?
I would simply tell them that, business & entrepreneurship is a rollercoaster ride. If you have a strong idea & a passionate & hardworking mind & body, you can do wonders here. A small tip for you would be, don’t run after money, run after skills!
When I started my journey as a digital marketer & the first order I took which was for a heavy battery charger, I did not charge from my clients, I did everything with zero profit. By doing this, I learned the process & eventually got a hands-on experience & then there’s today, my companies are cloaking a turnover of 2cr+.
So it’s just that if you work hard on your skills & do good work, the money will automatically come to you. Just work as it’s the only thing you know.

7. How can one overcome a hurdle of lack of funds when starting up?
I’ll tell you about myself, I did not have funds nor was I willing to ask my parents for funds, I had learned digital marketing & this skill was something which eventually gave me potential clients with whom I worked as a freelancer & did good work.
So the best way possible is to learn a skill & work for people, it might take 6 months or more, but after this time period, you’ll have a pretty decent amount as funds to start your business!
