1. Tell us about your background and journey.

I am Mohammad Haris, belonging to a middle-class family. I have completed my graduation in Engineering (Mechanical). Talking about my journey I was always passionate about creating content and used to click and post pictures on social media but I started creating content since July 2018. I got a first collaboration request from a local brand.

I couldn’t think of anything else that made me so happy. That’s when I decided to work harder and push myself to achieve more. I started getting collaboration requests and was also featured in SHEIN (well-known India website). I have worked with so many brands until now. My aim is to spread positivity through my Content and I feel like it’s my responsibility as an Influencer to try and make a positive impact on people’s minds.

2. When did you first decide that you wanted to create content and how did you start?

I just did not decide in a day. I knew what I wanted and had some visions about it like an imagination. We all should dream. I got the platform and opportunity and once a wise person told me that education is also about grabbing the opportunity that knocks your door.

3. Are blogging and content creation a financially sustainable career?

Till now I have received a great response but also it taught me to work with uncertainty. This field does not provide a financially stable career but it makes the base to be financially stable. And if something provides a base, then it is not of a pity value. Experience is what matters to grow mentally and helps in acquiring more knowledge. And knowledge plus hard work make a way ahead.

4. Who is your favourite creator and why?

I adore Toni Mahfud for his Content. I love his editing skills and the symmetry he has maintained in his profile. Lovable! He always inspires me to do something unique.

5. How and where do you find inspiration to churn out content?

My father has been my inspiration since the very beginning. He always provides the best of his work efficiently and effectively. Not only in business, whatever the need or requirement is, in friends or family or on personal issues, I also find him always ready like a knight in shining armour for every storm we have ever faced. Life was not like a rich man's son. That makes me value the time and work.

6. What does your typical day look like?

I am not an early morning person but I do try to wake up on time so that my mom won't bother much about my meal. On a daily basis, I am learning the family business just to know the things and to help my father. I spend a day more on reading books and newspaper to keep me aware of worldly issues. The mid of the day is usually for photoshoots and exploring the new ideas for editing and posting the content.

I spend the rest of my day in self-grooming by working out and spending time with friends mostly on weekends and the remaining time, I spend with my mom and dad.

7. Which is your favourite book and why?

‘The Alchemist’ written by Paulo Coelho. I think if we explain 'a why' for this book, that won't be good. We all know that this is everyone's all-time favourite."

8. What piece of advice would you like to give to future and aspiring creators?

Don't lose patience. Eventually, it's all going to be all okay not just in career, in fact, whatever the field you are in or if it is some life issues and you will realise it one day. Till then work hard and be confident.
