1. Tell us about your background and journey.

My name is kritika and I am a chemistry professor. I did my graduation from Hansraj College and post graduation from IIT Delhi. Divyansh and Chetna just completed their graduation. We loved exploring places specially for food but after joining my job I really wanted to do something else and so started with this page and later they joined.

2.
Which is your favorite cuisine and dish?

North Indian cuisine any-day. Rajma chawal, dal makhni naan and butter chicken are my favorite dishes (can't go with one).

3. Should food blogging be just a passion or can it become a regular career?

For me it's my passion for photography and love for food, but I think it can very well become a career for anyone who can put their heart and soul into it. Many bloggers are earning really well from it already.

4. Which restaurants/food joints would you recommend to food lovers?

I prefer local joints like khanna tandoori junction or chawlas, Wong's kitchen and my favorite momos place in Hauz khas which is a small shop (Rahul momos). But some of my favorite restaurants are Nukkad in SDA, Pebble street, Parikrama and Vedas in CP.

5. What makes you appreciate a particular dish or a restaurant and talk about it on your blog?

Taste will always be the first thing. If I can remember a dish even after 2 days , I surely publicise it well. For restaurants, I also focus on service and presentation while for local joints taste and hygiene only.

6. Is there a dish you particularly associate yourself with?

Being a Delhite, momos and gol gappe will be that always.

7. Which is your favorite book and why?

Again the concept of sticking to one isn't possible for me. Apart from chemistry books, I love reading romantic thrillers by Navoneel Chakraborty and almost everything by Cecelia Ahern. The time of my life can be my favorite till day.
