I Want to Inspire People and Connect With People From Diverse Backgrounds - Avjeet Singh Randhava

Avjeet Singh Randhava

Working as an actor for director Pushpender Singh was a mind-blowing experience for me as an actor, he taught how important my craft is for me and how to display it to the world in front of the camera

Tell us something about your background and journey.

I'm a Delhi boy with a knack for always looking fit and learning about growing as a professional in the entertainment industry and to also grow as a spiritual being. My journey started with my passion for representing my country in the International pageant.

The push from winning internationally gave me commercial work in the fashion industry. Shifting from the fashion industry to the acting industry has been an exciting journey throughout. I had the opportunity to work with Akshay's mark and slash productions who have been my mentors and my family.

What led you to start your page on Instagram and what is it about?

My Instagram is all about me being able to express my work ethic towards my goals be it looking like a greek god for a shoot or expressing myself through the art of acting. I want to inspire people and connect with people from diverse backgrounds and get inspiration from others too.

Who inspired you to become a model?

Akshay Keerthi Raichurkar pushed me to take risks and inspired me to do my best and gave me the opportunity to showcase my talents to the world on the international platform being my biggest inspiration.

How did you feel when you became Mr Universe tourism 1st runner up in 2018?

I felt amazed at how smoothly the universe made it happen for me. It was a beautiful feeling to have won a crown for my country and raise the Indian flag in The Philippines.

Tell us something about your upcoming album 'Ik vaari'.

This the album is supremely close to my heart as this is my first major debut in the acting industry. My mentors Akshay Keerthi Raichurkar, Nikesh Modi and Maushmi Banerjee made it happen for me for which I'm forever grateful. Working as an actor for director Pushpender Singh was a mind-blowing experience for me as an actor, he taught how important my craft is for me and how to display it to the world in front of the camera.

What does your typical day look like?

My typical day is waking up before 7 followed by fasted cardio. Planning my meals

Connecting with my parents and my mentors and getting started with my work obligations. Ending my day with a cup of chai retrospecting on how my day was and to plan out the next one. Being thankful for my blessings.
