If you believe in your work you will only do the job but if you believe in yourself then you are an entrepreneur.

1. Tell us more about your company and your journey.

I started my journey as a home tutor with 2 students in 2009. At that time, I was also pursuing B Tech in Chemical Engineering. Till 2012, I taught at home only as a home tutor in my home, every student who received my guidance got more than 95%.

After that in 2013, teaching became my passion. I took a 10*10 room on rent to teach students because between 2009-2012 the result started speaking & the number of students kept increasing. After that, I started giving motivational speeches in schools, college & corporate office etc.

In 2015, I started branches in so many cities where now one small person who started only in Believe and confidence on himself now one person is become rising entrepreneur who started a foundation for the welfare of women, poor & old citizens.

By the help of the foundation, we provide free meals, food & necessity to all needy once. Since 2016 I am providing training & skill programs, give knowledge & Training about trade & share market help people to become self-independent (Atmanirbhar Bharat) with many employees working under me now I am able to provide job to everyone.

Now onwards I run my company in so many branches with 3500 sq ft area in every place where starts journey 10*10 room to 3500sq ft, where every year selection in NEET & IIT more than 90%, its happen because I focus in quality not quantity only super 20 where only 20 students are studying in one batch.

In this crisis of covid-19 at the time of lockdown we provided free meals to 1000 approx people daily, daily need things provided 300-400 people, provided milk for small children, even 1000+ Street animal provided cattle feed to them till now also from the time of April 2020.

In this pandemic time more than 8000+ clients till March 2020 who lost their job or suffer financially so provide them to training about trade & share now everyone doing work from home & able to make earn money happily.

2. How did you come up with this idea and go about executing it?

I knew that I can teach students because when I was in class 12 I taught students from different schools. Just because of my passion I became a good teacher because it was easy to understand what I delivered to my students and created results.

I know & many people say that when I taught them some theory or thing related to any subject or topic, it becomes a picture in their mind which makes it easier for them to learn & remember things. Because teaching is the only line where you get respect and value.

I wanted to help poor & needy people who are interested in studies but because of the financial issue, they get discouraged. So, I decided to provide & spread my knowledge to others.

3. What has been your biggest challenge that you faced and how did you overcome that?

The biggest problem I faced was lack of money because for starting an educational institute you have to maintain a good quality & that need highly skilled teachers. Therefore, I had to borrow money from relatives, family member & market too.

The biggest challenge to run my company not because of to run just because of it's your passion, very tough time to go when you think and not it's happened According to you so that's the main issue which comes to your life, where everywhere you see for solutions but not getting and that time only one thing alive that is your self-confidence.

4. What do you think are the most important qualities of a successful entrepreneur?

"If you believe in your work you will only do the job but if you believe in yourself then you are an entrepreneur."

There are various qualities to be a successful entrepreneur but the most important thing is to bear risks & make people happy with your work & efforts. An entrepreneur works for others, not for his needs & economy. He only thinks that how can he make others happy.

He always wants to make others like himself. Converting your knowledge into a burning passion is one quality of the entrepreneur. To have undying confidence in yourself.

5. What are some of the most important factors for running a successful business?

To maintain good quality is the most important factor for running a business because when your quality is maintained then only people will get attracted towards you. What you deliver and give provides any service how much effective it's the main thing of any business. reliability, quality is the most important thing in any business.

If you work for quantities you will never get a result but when you work for qualities you will get a result. The next thing is peoples need & convenient in their useable manner. Capability to bear risks & all difficulties going to occur in your business.

Manage more employees in the low fund are the factors to run a business successfully. The last thing if you want to know the success of any companies, see their employees. How long they work with you and lastly the management skills, which is the most important factor for business.

6. How can one overcome a hurdle of lack of funds when starting up?

The most significant support you can ever get is the support of your parents & family is the important thing through which one can overcome any problems. Secondly, the employees & staff who work with you. Only one can overcome the hurdle of lack of funds is by providing his quality & uniqueness of his profession.
