They say you eat with your eyes first. Even before you taste it so when a dish is presented appealingly, a vibrant eye-catching meal instantly grabs my attention.
A simple dish can be made to look exotic just with the right styling.
Tell us about your background and journey.
Hello, to introduce myself a little my name is Shenaz and I’m the face behind @munching_meals.
I am an Indian by birth, born in the beautiful state of Goa and currently in Canada where I moved after marriage. I’m a mother to two kids. Being a homemaker I would spend a lot of my time in the kitchen which lead me to start this page and I have been very passionate about it since then.
Which is your favourite cuisine and dish?
I love food! Goan food is my soul food. Apart from that, I love Indo-Chinese cuisine. Also if there’s one dish I absolutely love is chicken biryani.
Should food blogging be just a passion or can it become a regular career?
I would definitely love to make it a career as I’m really passionate about the blog and really love what I do. So if I find the right opportunity I would surely make it a full-time career.
What makes you appreciate a particular dish or a restaurant and talk about it on your blog?
They say you eat with your eyes first. Even before you taste it so when a dish is presented appealingly, a vibrant eye-catching meal instantly grabs my attention.
