Varsha: Everyone Should Follow Their Passion (Food Blogger from Patna)

Yes, it's all about your passion & if you go far with all your dedication, you can make anything a career.

1. Tell us about your background and journey.

A: I was a teacher by profession but opted "out" in search of my passion. I feel all should follow their passion. Cooking was never my area of interest but my recipe was very favourite among my family members.

'Cooking with a difference' made my life interesting, with showcasing my daily foods on social media has changed this completely. I started my page on Instagram as a food blogger without having any professional degree of this kind.

2. Which is your favourite cuisine and dish?

A: My favourite cuisines are North Indian & Pan Asian ( Specially Desi Chinese).  Chicken lollipops, Biryani & Gulab Jamun are some favourite dishes.

In Patna, I would like to suggest Mocktail cafe & restaurant, Insta cafe, Karim's & dryNfry. Potbelly Bihari kitchen, Patliputra continental, and Breakfast at Gargee are some other favourites. For street foods, you can explore Maurya Lok campus vendors in the evening time to tickle your taste buds.

5. What makes you appreciate a particular dish or a restaurant and talk about it on your blog?

Ambience & its service with delicious food makes any place everyone's favourite. At the same time, preparation, presentation, taste & definitely its price are some parameters to appreciate a dish.

Egg curry & Gulab jamun are my all-time favourite.

7. Which is your favourite book and why?

"Connect the dots" by Rashmi Bansal & " Subtle art of not giving a fuck" by Mark
