1) Tell us more about your role & responsibilities at your college.

We play dual parts. First one is similar to any normal student studying in college - internals, test, attendance. The second role is the one I truly enjoy, invest and dedicate my maximum energy into, 'Abhivyakti'.

We have to build a safe space; a space open to all, irrespective of any such criteria that every organisation is using nowadays. Considering every person's opinion in the society, standing for what we believe and of course making two production every year, which is (just by the way) secondary, are some of the responsibilities we have.

2) What's it like to juggle between a leadership role and normal college life?

I don't have a normal college life, I don't have a college life in fact.

3) Do you enjoy the kind of influence you hold at such a young age?

It's rather a responsibility than a privilege to enjoy. My words, my little action, can affect my people, my juniors in a good or a bad way. We have to make sure that we create a place which allows every member to grow and learn.

4)
Do you have a message for parents to allow their kids to do things besides academics?

Message! I am in fact starting to plan an action, maybe a movement or a revolt to stop every parent who thinks them giving direction to their children dream, to their choices, to their sexuality is correct. Let them choose their own path, let them bloom in their own beautiful way.

5) What did you do in your current role that makes you feel really proud of yourself?

I can admit the fact that I am privileged from many, and I am really proud of that. Cause nowadays everyone is busy enjoying their privilege (be it money, religious believes, class, gender) and omitting the inequality word totally from their morale dictionary.

6) What's your message to encourage students to do internships and attend conferences?

Definitely, they should attend these conferences and discussions. It really makes you learn many things but, (conditions apply) only if you are interested in that particular field on which the conference is happening or the internship is related.
