1. Tell us more about your company and your journey.
Arc
is a leading automation solution providing company based at Noida, Delhi NCR.
We are engaged in automation solutions and products which are well suited to
plant's technical needs and commercial viability.
The
journey was full of struggle. I kept on doing things with the utmost hard work
and determination. I single-mindedly did things and was able to get results
much efficiently and faster than most people.
2. How did you come up with this idea and go about executing it?
The
idea began with the thought about my son. Who had been diagnosed with Muscular
Dystrophy, I realized that with time he would need more of my help and it would
be very challenging to be with him with a corporate job, this coupled with
other circumstances in the office was the starting point of the idea.
It
was never planned to make it big, I just thought of doing it at a scale in
which I could earn enough to fulfil my needs even if it is less I would keep
working at it. Slowly it kept on growing with time and reached an intermediate
level from which we expanded further.
3. What has been your biggest challenge that you faced and how did you overcome
that?
Finance
is the biggest challenge and it becomes bigger as the venture grows you have to
constantly chase finance. It is one of the focal points of managing the
business.
4. What do you think are the most important qualities of a successful
entrepreneur?
Persistence
is the key ingredient for growth, you have to work persistently because life is
very uncertain and there are constant ups and downs but you have to be prepared
for it. Another major thing with me as I had nothing to fall back on so I kept
on moving forward.

What are some of the most important factors for running a successful
business?
When
you work for something continuously then the results will show, you have to
strive hard persistently only then you can sustain a business
6. What are your tips for the first time and aspiring entrepreneurs?
Again
perseverance is the most important thing nothing ever comes easy in business
you have to struggle continuously to build on it.
Also in business, you can
never be sure that if you have reached a level you can take it easy, you have
to work continuously with unwavering determination.

How can one overcome a hurdle of lack of funds when starting up?
You
have to focus on your CC limit and work on enhancing it because it is a very
important source for small scale business.
