After a busy day at work, sometimes all that is required is some entertainment. However, when you turn on the television you no longer find out your favorite cartoons from your childhood. The cartoons used to have a different persona that just hits differently. It used to be a relatively simple life where we would come back from school and watch our favorite cartoon shows. Kids used to act as if they would be transforming into Super Saiyan by concentrating energy and become super powerful. This show is full of comic sequences as well, so you wouldn’t want to miss out on even a single episode.
Pokemon
We definitely have some hardcore Pokemon fans out there who still follow the main anime series waiting for the day, when the protagonist Ash Ketchum would win the Pokemon league and become a Champion. And of course, who doesn’t remember Pikachu who became the mascot of the show. Pokemon is a show that consists of a world where humans and Pokemon i.e creatures with unique abilities who co-exist along with humans varying in the type, color size, and almost everything. They partner up with Pokemon Trainers who battle together and have a special bond established between them. It is an adventure series filled with various pokemon and a gang of thieves called Team Rocket that always causes trouble and ends up getting blasted by the heroes. It's a fun watch that has led many kids wondering and fascinating about this amazing show.
The Simpsons
One of the most hilarious shows that you would have come across is the Simpsons as it depicts the American lifestyle and culture. It is an American Sitcom and one of the largest running sitcoms out there. The first ten seasons are considered to be its Golden Age. Apart from just the humor, another interesting fact that makes the show so popular and unique is the coincidences. Yes! The show has made certain predictions during its run that came true in the future be it the discovery of a three-eyed fish in one of its episodes in a river near the Nuclear waste emitting factory which came true. The show hosts a family and revolves around their daily life interactions, discoveries, and life struggles which keep on adding to the fun.

Always fascinated with dragons and a fantasy world? Well, This show used to be our fantasy world where the two protagonists would hold up a secret dragon scale in their hands, chant a spell, and swoosh! They entered a world of dragons where their dragon friends used to play with them. They used to embark on different adventures every time and solve various problems after which they came back to their home. Doing amazing yet crazy stuff and teaching life lessons along was the main essence of the show and makes it unique. The show is one of the sweetest memories that many kids hold after the show went off the air.
Beyblade
The show became a sensation within the real world with the advent of battling with Beyblades which can be considered as an advanced version of spinning tops. Kids used to buy lots of goodies related to Beyblade and engage in Beyblade battles. The cartoon show had a huge following where the protagonist used to engage in Beyblade battles along with different team members and trying out various combinations. Each Beyblade used to have a different power level and a spirit hidden inside it that powered it. The computer analysis given before battles along with the high-intensity action-packed battles would keep the audience engaged. The storyline used to progress pretty well with different challenges, twists, and turns.
All these shows gained immense popularity and earned great revenues globally with the various other adaptations in the form of video games, merchandise, and other stuff as well. They are fun to watch and with the non-existence of binge-watching, it wasn’t that harmful to children to watch television as only one episode used to be aired each day that kind of saved timed, unlike the current scenario. The child inside us still feels alive even when we reminiscence about these cartoons.
