1. When did you first decide to start this band and how did you do it?
Honestly, there was no plan made for the formation of band. We just met some like-minded people and started on July 24, 2016. Post some years, Mayank joined the band.
These are the two core members of band. Initially the base was restricted to Rajasthan and now it has expanded to multiple cities like Mumbai etc.
2. What is one thing that makes your band different from other bands?
We try to create a social impact through our music. The vision behind the band is awareness towards social issues like water wastage, menstruation etc. through our songs.

3. What are the challenges you face in order to make this band a successful one?
Financial sustainability is one of the biggest challenge we face. Indie music scene is not pertinent compared to others. It is difficult to grow an ardent listener base. Exploitation and cut-throat competition among the musicians in spite of creativity and art related to the field is another constraint.
4. Tell us more about your band 'yugmofficial' ?
The vision behind the band is the social awareness and promotion of folk music. People kept going and coming. Then Mayank joined. I and Mayank are permanent band members. We collaborate too at times.
