Introduction:
History keeps on repeating itself with different situations, environments, people but the most common here are the emotions as well.
So, what does this convey? This conveys that there might be millions and zillions of actions, reactions, people, situations, problems, etc. but the thing which remains common for everything is the emotions.
For a clear picture or viewpoint of this delicate topic, we can take an example of movies and dramas. We might have seen various kinds of movies and dramas since our childhood and few of them might have felt connected and that’s because the common things and that’s none other than the emotions which are beheld.
What are Emotions?
Emotions can be defined as the reactions of a particular situation, which never needs the sense to make. Like, tears can be both, happy or sad, but it depends on you to make it seem like they make sense, for that particular situation.
Emotions can be countless, as they are the reactions, which can change from time to time, but there are these nine basic emotions, which are given an Indian name and that’s NAVARASAM.

These 9 basic emotions as per the NAVARASAM concept are:
1. SHRINGARA (Love)
2. HASYA (Joy)
3. ADBHUTA (Wonder)
4. VEERA (Courage)
5. SHANTA (Peace)
6. KARUNA (Sadness)
7. RAUDRA (Anger)
8. BHAYANAKA (Fear)
9. VIBHATSA (Disgust)
Now let’s see how each emotion is significant in its own field. Exploring these emotions can give us control over lives, making them more thoughtful, meaningful, and full of spirituality.
Shringara:
SHRINGARA or Love is a feeling, which gives beauty to life. It is an intense feeling of affection, towards anything. It causes an attraction towards any sort of material in this universe which can also be the path towards our passion.
Being loved or shown can never be expressed in words, while you can say how happy you are or how sad you are but you can never how loved you feel. Love is the most beautiful feeling ever.

It is the feeling of happiness, pleasure, or comfort. The real happiness which comes from the sol is always priceless and the smile on the face is always like the cherry on the cake. So always try to find a smile in even the smallest of things. The purest form of happiness is a newborn baby’s smile because it never can fake a smile like us.

The reason why we love superheroes is not just because they save us every time nut it is for their bravery and stunts they perform which frightens the enemies and that emotion is known to be courage.

Peace is the concept of keeping harmony with all people around us. We need to make the concept of anger, war, and violence an obsolete topic to be talked about. Increasing harmony and tranquility among the people of the world is the biggest task for all the social heroes too.

Sadness is the emotion of pain and grief. This is one of those emotions that we never want to be a part of all our lives but this is one most important aspects of the emotions. At any point in life, we must have broken down completely emotionally and mentally.
That is where this emotion helps us to move on in life by releasing all the pain through the tears and motivates us completely to achieve something in life. Hence, it is not a negative aspect of life it is the most beautiful aspect of life.

The emotion of anger is the most destructive emotion if used negatively. Positive anger will always benefit you for the personal growth the growth of the society and to fight the negativities but the negative which goes out of control may be as destructive as leading to wars and separation of many things and the downfall of your own self.
That’s the reason why our parents always advise us to limit our anger towards everyone.

The emotion of fear represents the bitter truth of life. the bitter truth is that we all live in the circle of fear for survival all our life. the fear of what if this happens and the fear of losing people from our precious life.

The feeling of disgust can be portrayed as the feeling of disapproval of any fact which is not in the way it is meant to be. Jealousy is one of the biggest disgust anyone can have for any other person like the disapproval of the fact that the other person is growing in terms of all the fields.
Conclusion:
Studying all these basic emotions we can conclude that every emotion to a certain extent benefits all races of living things but when it exceeds the limits it has to face the consequences which can even lead to the end very soon. The one who masters it becomes a saint and leads a peaceful life.
