1. Tell us more about your company and your journey.

I am currently working on a project name as MEDSHAALA that is basically an e-commerce store for all Healthcare needs in which we will provide the Healthcare utilities all around the globe.Me and my team are working now days 24*7 to let it live as soon as possible and we hope that by end of August we can start our new ride with MEDSHAALA. Regarding the Journey, I dropped out my collage in the last of 2017 in which I was pursuing with BBA.

On First day of 2018 I stepped in business with my dad that is related to Medical and Healthcare. I was just an 18 years old boy with having big targets in life. I always try to focused on International market because that attracts me more than the domestic one.

I liked to work with overseas companies. But unfortunately I was not having any background of my known one's from whom I can get enough knowledge to do exports. But still somewhere I was focusing the same. I watched videos on YouTube and gather basics knowledge for that.

I started e-mail marketing at global level and after 6-7 months,by the end of 2018 I received a PO worth 2800$ from company located in Burkina Faso.At that time the level of confidence was pegged up in me and I started working on that shipment.

2.How did you come up with this idea and go about executing it?

One and Half year was passed by, i was always get selling offers from Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal but I always wanted to start my own e-commerce store with my own personal domain.Because if i will work with them so buyers will get to know only them but not me.

I was searching for a website developer whom should be trustworthy suddenly I met up with a company's Medical Representative who was having some good known one's in website developing field. I decided to hold a meeting with them. We met, do final negotiations and get started with the project.

3.What has been your biggest challenge that you faced and how did you overcome that?

When I was to about to move my first overseas shipment of my life, I wasn't aware of a paper work that is needed for export.I was being given 8 days to dispatch the material. I dispatched that on 7th day but later on my shipment was holded for a week in my CHA warehouse just because of that paper and my client was in top mode of anger.

He was about to complain against me. But later on from somewhere, I managed that paper and soon released the shipment from customs.

4.What do you think are the most important qualities of a successful entrepreneur?

Entrepreneurs must have a thought of NEVER GIVING UP within there minds. They should keep moving on and motivated at every Part of life. Never complaint about challenges because somewhere challenges are the best teachers in your life. For being extraordinary you must stand as like a mountain in front of challenges.

You may face loss but it doesn't mean that you have to sit in a corner and get breakdown mentally, you must keep going on with your regular routine. Challenges come and go.You win and loose. If you loose get learn from them and perform with the best next time.

5.What are some of the most important factors of running a successful business?

Business is a game that all about hard-work with bit of smart work, believe in yourself and accuracy. You first need to set a proper goal in your life and with targeting that goal you must pursue with hard-work. Never stop believing in yourself and always do your task with complete accuracy so that results can be positive in your side.

Try to control your wasteful expenses in starting if you really want to run for a long race. After all Your mind is only supporter that can make you king or beggar and you are the only person that can control your mind to see yourself as a king or beggar. Both are interconnected.

6.What are your tips for first time and aspiring entrepreneurs?

Entrepreneurship is all about focusing  and working for your goals. Living in your own hut is better than working as slave in someone's palace.Sometimes you feel low after not succeeding in any task and it's natural but you have to move on from that and get back in the hunt of your target.Try to analyse the mistake that you did in the last task, work on it and back to work with more efficiency.

Keep going is better than giving up. You must keep yourself motivate at every part of second and perform with the best version of you. Most of the struggling Entrepreneurs complaint after failing about many factors like funding, support, etc. but if you have chosen your field of your own so you have to overcome every situation of your own.You should be master for your own problems.

7. How can one overcome a hurdle of lack of funds when starting up?

Everyone has there own way of investing or funding. Some has funding from family background, some search for investors, some people interested in Loan sanctions from Banks, etc. but according to me that i did is starting with small with an actual amount, put the profit in further investments and keep multiplying it. Its a better way because in that all losses and profits are up to you.
