1. Tell us more about your company and your journey.

Name of my company is Cakesonway. It is an online bakery which delivers cakes and bouquets all over Delhi at very reasonable price. Cakesonway can deliver any order within 2 hours after the order is being placed by our customers. We also provide fixed time delivery to our customers. Cakesonway Services are available 24×7. Our customers support services and quality of products are also very good.

2. How did you come up with this idea and go about executing it?

Idea of starting the company came when I myself wanted to deliver the cake to someone, and I could not get a proper price and delivery on proper time. Then, it came in my mind to start an online cake and bouquet delivery company which honestly fulfil all the requirements of a customer. According to me it is a good business with less funds requirement.

Then I started collecting information about these companies and acquired my domain named Cakesonway, this way I execute my company.

3. What has been your biggest challenge that you faced and how did you overcome that?

Biggest challenge was to generate links. When I purchased the domain name, then I had to find the way for functioning of my company for which I need my own vendor network.

To overcome this challenge I did marketing analysis to make my own vendor network. I called out some people and I also sent mails to some people and finally I was able to make my own vendor network.

4. What do you think are the most important qualities of a successful entrepreneur?

According to me most important qualities of a successful entrepreneur are passion, self-discipline, persistence, risk taking ability, creative thinking, confidence, open minded, determination and many more.

5. What are some of the most important factors for running a successful business?

According to me the most critical and most important key success factors that can make an entrepreneur become a successful entrepreneur are willingness to take action, entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial creativity, entrepreneurial skills, entrepreneurial intelligence, patience, persistence , the ability for teamwork and many more.
