1.Tell us more about your background and journey.

I completed my UG in Christ University Bangalore and pursuing my MBA. My mom is a professor and my dad owns a recording studio in Chennai and Bangalore which gives preference to Christian religious work. I was brought up in a musical family.

Singing is our passion and regular act in our family on a daily basis for family prayers. All members in our family sing and many of them write and tune music also.

2. When did you first decide you wanted to pursue music and how did you start?

I enjoyed singing from my childhood and I was encouraged more by everybody to sing. I recorded my voice in my fathers studio when I was in 9th std for a CD and few solo performances.

3. Who is your favorite singer and why?

My favorite singers are devotional singers. Don moen is my favorite, his lyrics and the music always gives a chill in my body whenever I listen. In India I love saral novroji’s songs

4. Can you throw some light on opportunities one gets as a singer?

Singing is a hobby and talent. Where ever I go I get an opportunity to show my talent and get recognized. To me opportunities were there on daily basis as a family we enjoy singing with music whenever we gather together. Encouragement is from within by singing daily prayers at home and in church services.

5. Is format training required or can one train themselves purely on the basis of talent?

I believe in training myself. Getting a format training will always provide a additional professionalism in singing. I believe if we have the talent and practice the talent continuously we can be the best in it. Finding the talent and practicing to make it perfect is always my way of learning.

6. What piece of advice would you like to give to future and aspiring artists?

If you are a good singer you are gifted by god. Always keep a touch by practicing and you will find the way to success.

7. Which is your favorite book and why?

Bible - That molds my life and enriches my path.
