1. Tell us more about your company and your journey.

Talking About my startup, I have started first startup named enggsolution . Website for DBATU B.Tech students, later on we added enggsolution academy, Enggsolution YouTube. We tried to bridge up the gap between industry knowledge and educational syllabus. Later on we implemented some ideas in Educational as well as business field, we tried to add technology in this fields. Working on some new ideas and learning new concepts of business development, we realize Indian Business Market is also capable of expanding beyond town / city. Then Combinedly, We came up with Educational + Business Development organization , SP Global Solutions. We added Enggsolution platforms into the organization and now SP Global Solutions is the parent organization of Enggsolution , Enggsolution Academy, Enggsolution YouTube etc. Along with

These education development platforms, SP Global Solutions have business development platforms like Marketing Hub, Software Club, Online Business Consultancy, and Business Development Training Club. We started with only one website and tried all experiments of online business development onto it. We learned, gained experiences, Got trained and now we are helping others to grow; also tagline of our organization is “Let’s Grow Together”

2. How did you come up with this idea and go about executing it?

Ideas are everywhere; if you are thinking about idea then you won’t get it properly. Idea comes from experiences. More You explore , more you get ideas.Talking about my case , When I was in my second year of engineering , we were facing problem regarding the academic data of previous year , also my juniors were more tensed because their batch curriculum was more tightly scheduled than us. Then I got this idea to develop the website. After launching the website, working for website, exploring new things encouraged me to add more and more ideas into it and later on we came up with SP Global Solutions.

3. What has been your biggest challenge that you faced and how did you overcome that?

Biggest challenge was my age and student profession, yes; my age was biggest challenge because while starting this all workings, I was just 19. The answer is quite strange because everyone thinks that doing this all at younger age is good thing but client and customers won’t think likewise and along with this they think this boy is student and he will work like internship only. It was not challenge that I was 19 years old, difficulty was “I was looking like 19”. When you represent yourself, people observe your age, then say how this young boy can do. Though our potential was high, people look for appearance, if they see youngsters especially students, they take it lightly. I can’t stop my working till I get some older or till my graduation , but I changed my appearance & attitude , Replacing normal clothing to formal , tried to look older , changed behavior , added more maturity into behavior. Challenge overcame but not completely.

4. What do you think are the most important qualities of a successful entrepreneur?

According to me a successful entrepreneur should be :

1. Strong Leader not boss

2. Strong Decision Maker

3. Learner

4. “Never Settle” attitude person

5. Ready to take risks

5. What are some of the most important factors for running a successful business?

Successful business needs

1. Focus

2. Strong Customer Relationship Management

3. A dedicated team

6. What are your tips for first time and aspiring entrepreneurs?

My message for aspiring entrepreneurs is “If You want to grow, you have to stay strong. Things never happen how you think”. Early stage startups fail because of demotivation, poor dedication, and incapable team. You should be self-motivated, fully dedicated and be careful while choosing team. In every situation, there will be do or die situation, if you ready to do responsibility and risk will be there and in die phase, high risk will be there.

7. How can one overcome a hurdle of lack of funds when starting up?

Funding is not that much major issue according to me because many government and non-government organizations are ready to provide funding to your startup and now many government schemes are available. Only issue is many of them don’t know about it.

Also if your idea is quite good enough many investors are ready with funding. Only thing is you have to build better network of professionals.
