1. How did you rise up to your position and how can a student aspiring the same, approach it?

The rising up to the position is directly proportional to how much you know your assigned word and your willingness to do justice to it.  Also, by understanding the environment, you are in.

2. What's it like to juggle between a leadership role and normal college life?

It is extremely difficult at times, but somehow you make peace with it. I would say that having friends with you, while you perform duties makes it even harder to perform your duties. You might also have to miss a lot of lectures and parties, making you lose your friends sometimes. But it's okay if it worth all of it. It is very hard to find a balance between the submission dates and event dates.

3. What have been some of your biggest challenges and learnings from what you do?

Biggest challenges were to handle the criticism, politics and doing justice to the part which involved my friends too. From all of it, my learnings were to keep my temper low and accept the way people are. Plus, keep doing justice to the part assigned.

4. Do you have a message for parents to allow their kids to do things besides academics?

Dear parents

Your kid must have experience of the environment where it challenging to handle the pressure that he/she receives. No book is going to teach it. Getting involved in activities besides academics might lose him/her some marks, but will evolve them to do exceptionally in the life ahead!
