1. Tell u about yourself and your profession.

I’ve been in the health industry from quite long now. And this profession is full of challenges. With every client coming with different medical conditions addressing their condition and treating them has a unique zeal altogether. 

2. What is your fitness mantra?

Following an approach wherein I ensure that I’m good in both my physical and mental space. That includes diet, sleep pattern, workout & stress management. 

3. What are some major misconceptions about diet and exercises? 

There exists plenty of misconceptions when it comes to food and exercises. 
People these days have starting fearing food. They have got myths associated with almost every food group possible. From avoiding dairy to eliminating wheat-when their body is not even demanding such a change. 

They come up with plenty of these. And it’s our job to correct them and clear out their myths. Also, most of them believe that diet will do some magic simply because they don’t want to include workout in their regime. But actually, there goes a twin approach- wherein diet and workout both goes in hand to hand.

4. How can one maintain a healthy lifestyle?

Wherein a balance is maintained between  good dietary habits, physical activity, stress management while enjoying other pleasures of life. 

5. How can one build a successful career in your field?

I believe consistent hard work is what is required to be successful in any field. You don’t become famous overnight. Just staying up to date with the changes that are taking place in the health industry and working towards your goals will keep you going.

6. What is one piece of advise you would like to give someone who wishes to lose weight?

Follow an approach- wherein you are working to rectify each and every sphere of your life from diet to physical activity-sleeping pattern-water intake-medical condition and stress management.
