1. Tell us more about your experience as an educator.

Initialy, I faced a difficulty switching from a seminar mode to instructor mode. I had to rehearse myself and I even googled for ways of teaching. The struggle was to keep the students awake especially in the afternoon hours. I gave priority to capture their attention, the actual content comes in latter. I believe whoever the educator is, the listeners should feel free to be approchable.

2. What is your opinion of the Indian education system and how would you like to change that?

I think the Indian education system should be more than an imposing capsule mode system. The system would be more of effect if it would pour more light on the child's skills. Let the students learn more on their interest and not on the syllabus. If the syllabus is focused to add value, this will help them in their day today life as well as in future.

3. What changes in the teaching methodologies have you seen in the recent times?

The system is seen using more creative programs and ways to cultivate children skills and knowledge. The students are exposed to the reality of the knowledge rather than a room and a blackboard. The noticeable change lies within the ways of teaching that makes the content interesting and exciting. The ways in which the system has coped or is coping with the lockdown times has also demanded for adaptive teaching methodologies; online classes for example.

4. How does education help one do well in their career?

Education system is definitely a helping hand in order to know more about their stream of interest. Starting from the basics to all the possible advancements can be understood through the literature of the subject. In due course, the pupil is moulded to such a form in which he posses the capability to contribute to the field in particular.

5. Do you think teaching as a profession is viewed at par with corporate jobs?

Teachers make all the other professions possible. A teacher is only a guide, the students posses their own ways of learning and understanding. It requires passion and dedication to the respective fields. Whilst corporates require and revolve around their employees, in my view.

6. How can we adopt technology to make teaching more effective?

In this modern era , everything is being digitalised, resulting in improvement in every field .Likewise, in the education system e- learning approaches are gaining more importance as it can render valuable knowledge anytime anywhere in the world to any viewers. Everything is available to a knowledge seeker at a touch . We can use this technology so as to help more of the knowledge seekers.

7. Why does India need more educators like you?

Mathematics has always been a tough spot for the majority of the children. The subject lays a foundation to other fields and should be associated with the word "fun". The kids struggling to cope with this subject more and more should be acknowledged and helped. At any platform online or offline, instructors are needed to form a baseline.
