1. Tell us more about your company and your journey.

My name is Mamdouh Yahya

36 years I have e-marketing company, social media services, web design and application work.

I relied on home-based self-education in the field of social media and was able to form a team specializing in design, content and customer service.
I want to be one of the entrepreneurs who started their businesses from scratch.

I started my project to start this company in 2015 with a small office and then, thankfully, contracted with large entities such as Clorox, a large Yemeni company in the field of organizations.

2. How did you come up with this idea and go about executing it?

From the moment I was 20 years old, I hate saving money because I love investing money.

The first project I started in was a women's clothing store in 2005, i worked on the shop and I was responsible for it and it was working perfectly, then I worked a call center project.

Then I did a project to sell the meters of taxis as it spread then taxi in Yemen which with the meter but the regular taxi broke down so I wanted to enter this area and this special idea and I can benefit others.

Then I thought about making a website to sell real estate and things used and new, but the idea was taken and worked out by other people I felt bad then but then I thought it was a problem the idea needs to be marketed
Until it reaches the customers, I had the idea of a marketing company project.

3. What has been your biggest challenge that you faced and how did you overcome that?

The biggest challenge I faced is the beginning any first stage need a team need to collect the largest database work free offer for marketing for companies and get to them the biggest problem that the percentage that agreed to accept our offer to them in marketing for free is 0% because most of the large entities had difficulty in trusting us to market them until we succeeded through one of the team to communicate with one hand and agreed to accept our offer and then we set off.

4. What do you think are the most important qualities of a successful entrepreneur?

The most important characteristic of a successful businessman is awareness, i.e. to understand what is in him and where he wants to reach and must be persistent and persistent because life cannot smile at you from the first time necessary to tire once, twice and ten times in order to reach the goal you want.

5. What are some of the most important factors for running a successful business?

Successful business management factors are consultation sought to consult experienced people and staff also to have a new idea.

6. What are your tips for first time and aspiring entrepreneurs?

My advice to every ambitious businessman to believe in achieving the goal he seeks without any laziness or despair section and set your goals do not frustrate yourself celebrate all your achievements.

7. How can one overcome a hurdle of lack of funds when starting up?

The obstacle of lack of money is a problem and I still face it but I say to every entrepreneur do not frustrate or despair use the existing possibilities and go.
