1. Tell us more about your experience as an educator.

 An endeavour to cut short a 22 years of experience as an educator is an arduous task. These years provided the opportunity to proximately notice the change in perspective and thought process of different generations. The change in students perspective towards an educator can be limpidly understood. The changes brought in by modernisation and consumer culture in students is proximately kenned. Current educators are capable to transmute themselves according to gregarious changes along with students.

2. What is your opinion of the Indian education system and how would you like to change that?

India offers importance to basic education and schooling which avails the personality development of an individual. As the children in India come from varied socio financial backgrounds, children are supplied with the basic schooling completely free. Present generations are provided education through the advancements of information and technology. Today there are numerous education systems on the run which moulds the students to individuals of variety. It is better to consider a way to provide one unique high quality education system to all the children around the country.

3. What changes in the teaching methodologies have you seen in the recent times?

The change to be noted up is the influence of information technology and its advancements that gets reflected in the teaching methodologies and curriculum of basic education. The easy availability and accessibility of technologies has made even a small kid to efficiently use new age tech. This marks how the pool of knowledge is straight in front of them, a single touch away. In Spite of the fact, there are negative aspects in regard to this matter, its sure angles are considerably more  to set them aside. This change is the primary reason which has availed students and educators to overcome this pandemic times.

4. How does education help one do well in their career?

No matter what career choice you make it is important to know about the fundamentals of the job you opt for, this is where education comes into the picture. I believe an individual nourished by education itself has better chances of leading a life of betterment than the rest. Training along with the other educational aspects should be procured by a person in their respective fields. with specifications and pursuing higher studies one improves their chances at an elevated lifestyle.

5. Do you think teaching as a profession is viewed at par with corporate jobs?

No, teaching is a career truly unique from other professions. The success and prosperity of a student who arrives before a teacher marks the fulfillment of things taught, while in other  professions the personal success of the employee is the achievement. The success and the happiness of a teacher is in moulding the students into able beings. Teaching as a profession  accompanies the notion of self-satisfaction.

6. How can we adopt technology to make teaching more effective?

The methods and culture of teaching has changed much by this time. The system of teaching where the students are mute spectators is far gone. Now, the technological advancements introduced to the system of teaching helps in effective conveyal. This leads students to enjoy their studies more effectively.

7. Why does India need more educators like you?

 No matter how successful one is in life, (s)he will always be indebted to the one who made it all possible; teachers. A teacher would always be proud and happy to see one her children all  grown up and radiating success. More than a profession it is a divine act.
