1. Tell us more about your experience as an educator?
I think each one of us at some point in our lives is an educator. The only difference is I end up recording them and putting them up on the website for thousands of people to access. It's been the same, good as always. Happy to spread the knowledge.
2. What Changes in the teaching methodologies have you seen in the recent times?
A swift movement from offline to online modes, that too after Covid-19.
3. How did you come up with this idea and go about executing it?
I say this everytime that execution is greater than the idea. I have an idea of taking people to the moon in like 6 hours. What about the execution though? Pretty much impossible right? FinLadder is also more of an execution. We understood the problem pretty early. Many people are interested in finance and other courses but they don't know how to start it. Moreover the tuition fee is too much, we were quick enough to understand this and fix it up.
4. What do you think the most important quality of a successful entrepreneur?
Grit, not shying away from failing and the belief of changing the system.
5. What are your tips for first time an arpiring entrepreneurs?
I would say, read the last to last answer again.
6. How do you juggle academics and Finnladder?
Again it all boils down to time management. How well you can accommodate the small tasks while having those little free moments play a vital role. Like assigning work while travelling.
7. How can we encourage more young students such as yourself to take up leadership role?
Allow them to take the initiative. Set them free to do anything and also let them do it on their own. Once they start believing in themselves then it's nothing that you need to do.
