1. Tell us about your background and journey.

First of all, I would like to thank you for providing me with this wonderful chance to introduce myself. So this side Hanshul Anand. I am born and brought up in Delhi. I am a businessman and also do PRship in Food Blogging where I promote Restaurants through Social Media. I love to explore different food items that's why I started food blogging in the year 2017 and also Created my Instagram Page with the name “Bhukkad_dilli_ke”.

2. What led you to do food blogging?

I am a foodie and love to eat food items from different places. And If someone loves to eat then it means he/she is a bhukkad (in Hindi). And I am a bhukkad and also from Delhi that’s why I have created my Instagram Page with the name “bhukkad_dilli_ke".

3. What does your typical day look like?

Basically I am a businessman so I spend most of my time on my business and as I am a foodie and a food blogger, I also go to different places to taste the food.

4. When did you first decide that you wanted to create and write content about food i.e. for blogging?

In 2017 I started food blogging and created my page on Instagram with the name “bhukkad_dilli_ke”. I am a big foodie since my childhood and also love to travel to different places that’s why I started food blogging.

5. Is there a dish you particularly associate yourself with?

North Indian food is my all-time favourite. Dal Makhani and Garlic Naan are one of my favourite dishes. Whenever I go outside I always prefer to have Dal Makhani. This dish always impresses me and makes my soul happy.

6. Which is your favourite book and why?

Basically I don’t read books and watch movies. But to explore something new I usually watch YouTube videos which also motivates me a lot.
