1. Tell us about your background and journey.

This journey began with a passion for food. From childhood, I was very fond of eating street food. By the time I grew up, I had tried many restaurants so I thought of starting a food channel on youtube, in which I will share my recipes.

I started my youtube channel with some recipes along with a food tour in Surat. But when I went to Ahmedabad for my study (Hotel management student) so it became quite tough for me to shoot videos so I shifted to Instagram. I explored many places like Surat, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Pune, Goa, and Chennai.

Also, my sister motivated me to explore new places and new cuisines. I also like to cook food.

2. Which is your favorite cuisine and dish?

My favorite cuisine is Indian cuisine, but I also love pizza and cheesecake. Even after exploring so many places, I feel that nothing can beat home food.

3. Should food blogging be just a passion or can it become a regular career?

All pages start with the passion but when pages get a good amount of followers, they charge restaurants for promotions. Yes, I believe that one can pursue it as one's career but all you need to do is hard work and focus. Many people started their page in this pandemic and have grown considerably.

4. Which restaurants/food joints would you recommend to food lovers?

I would like to divide it into 2 parts :
  1. Surat - Street food at Zampa Bazar, Kamal Gali (chowk), Khaudra Gali (bhagal), rander especially in Ramadan. For the cheesecake, you can visit swiss whisk and for nonveg, there are many restaurants like lukma, chote miyan, the gate to goa, zhingalala.
  2. Ahmedabad- This city has so many places to visit and explore. Among the places I have visited, I liked Bhatiyargali, just food inn, old school, sante spa the most.

5. What makes you appreciate a particular dish or a restaurant and talk about it on your blog?

As I am a hotelier, I love to explore new places. My passion is cooking so I love it when people appreciate my work, dish as well as blog.

6. Is there a dish you particularly associate yourself with?

I can associate myself with my mom's biryani, pizza, and cheesecake.
