1. Tell us about your background and journey.
My name is Piyush Sahni and I am 19 years old. I live in Delhi. Currently I'm doing Bachelor in Hotel Management from Jamia Hamdard University. Along with this I have also done a digital marketing course which has completed in 2019.
I have an started my Instagram page @mummykihatti at 9th May 2020, Aim of this age to make it my best dishes till the people and shared some love by sharing dishes recipes and get some information about the dish so that they can eat it anytime with their family or their loving ones.
2. What led you to start your page on Instagram and what is it about?
People are free at home in this time, with their families. Just like they cook in the kitchen every day, in the same way, they can make some special dish for their family. I want to convey love through self cooked delicious food.
I started my page on Instagram on 9th May 2020 in the lockdown pandemic period and have already gained over 5.8k followers in a short time.

3. Is it financially sustainable to be an influencer today?
Yes it is financially suitable to be an influencer because the influencer get paid from different brands for their promotion and collaboration or testing reviews.
4. Does one's approach change when cooking professionally and at home?
I don’t think so, because a person should passionate about his work, whether be at home or be at anywhere.
5. Is there a dish you particularly associate yourself with?
Yes, the dish is callede the Veg Crispy Diet Burger. A #recipeofmyown. Its a type of diet, it includes cornflakes and oil free aloo patties inside it.

6. Can cooking be learnt at culinary schools or a natural talent is required?
After that he should carry out his motives with a process, like passion, hard work, respect own and others work, respect customers, best serving, new recipe inventions with different taste, use good and healthy spices and gradients.
No, A chef can learn basics in the culinary school, he should be passionate to learn more and more as he advances in life.
7. How can someone become a successful chef?
I feel that if any person want to become one of the best and most different chef then he should always appreciate his hand made things.

8. Which is your favorite book and why?
I don’t prefer reading books.
