1. Tell us about your background and journey.

Hello, I am Lovey Sasan. I was born in Jammu and brought up in Mumbai. My father runs his own business. I love to travel, listening to music, cooking and reading. Like for all there has been many ups and downs in my journey as well.

I started working on TV in the year 2011 and I have been part of many popular tv shows since then. I got married last year and I have blessed with a baby boy recently. My marriage and motherhood have brought me to a new phase of life which I am very proud of. I love each and every day of my life and I feel blessed at every moment.

2. Did you ever think or dream of being an actor?

I never wanted to become an actor. It was never planned. I always wanted to become a Fashion designer from my childhood. But I think my stars brought me to this industry.

3. How can one approach their career and have the confidence and belief to become an actor?

If anybody wishes to pursue acting, then my suggestion to them would be to start their career as a theatre artist. Doing theatre is full of learning. You have to give your takes in one shot only. You cannot ask for retakes there.

So as an actor it the best way to learn the craft. And confidence is very important not only for this particular field. But you have to have confidence and self-belief to survive in any industry.

4. If not this, what would you be doing?

Well, If I was not an actor then I would do fashion and interior designing which I always wanted to do and have plans for that. The acting was never a planned profession for me.

5. For a complete outsider with inroads, what advice would you like to give?

Well, without hard work it is not easy to survive and thrive in this industry. It does not matter at all that who you are, where you come from. The only thing that matter is that you should work hard and give 100% of yourself. My advice to all would be work hard and be dedicated and honest to your work.

6. What is your mantra of success?

Well, there is a very true saying, hard work is the key to success. Everything and anything is possible in this world if you work hard to achieve it. Nothing in this world is impossible because the impossible word itself says I M POSSIBLE.

7. Which is your favourite book and why?

The Secret. This book is incredible. This book can really change your perspective about life. have tried so many things in light of this book and the results never disappointed me. You just have to believe and work upon it. Being positive is very important. I would recommend all the readers to read this book once and I am sure that you will never regret reading upon this book.
