I constantly try to update my knowledge and presentation in such a way that I could inspire the students and show them the right path.

Teaching has always been considered as a respectable profession in Indian society. Though it does not enjoy its conventional glory and is not viewed at par with corporate jobs, it still holds a high regard. Both the professions have their pros and cons.

6. How can we adopt technology to make teaching more effective?

Now we have entered into a new revolutionary phase in the field of education; technologically assisted learning. The involvement of technology helps to improve the quality of learning. It facilitates more resources to students; gives a platform for them to interact with scholars abroad and helps to understand different learning methodologies used all over the world.

7. Why does India need more educators like you?

The process of learning has been undergoing a transformation in the recent years which has decentred the role of instructors. They remain as one of the facilitators today. However, they play a vital role in inspiring and encouraging students. The educators can indeed help the students to get familiar with new methodologies, new resources and advanced technologies which can improve the quality of learning.
