1.Tell us more about your company and journey.

I started my journey as an event and wedding planner, where passion turned out to the profession .

I started two companies simultaneously, "Glitters" - a platform for many lady entrepreneurs to exhibit their commodities (stalls). It was a very challenging task to get success in a competitive market...where so many ladies supported my work and lots of appreciation.

"Akira wedding planners " - This company was my toughest journey.... in this dominant profession.....very less people supported me where I actually experienced my Strength and weaknesses...

But thanks to all the clients, family, friends, and well-wishers who had trust in my company and gave me Chance to prove myself and to keep up their standards also.

2. How did you come up with this idea and go about executing it?

"Glitters " it just started as a passion turned to profession with my school friend. We both spoke on an simple snack discussion and came up with an idea to start an ladies club which turned out to start a company where we were able to execute the project in an very special way 7years back..... Which brought me lot of experience, confidence and knowledge.

"Akira events and wedding planners ". This was a major change in my life. It all happened when I wanted to expand my business in a creative way, I came across many different ideas where my parents, friends, family encouraged my talent .

3. What has been your biggest challenge that you faced and how did you overcome that?

"Glitters " is a very challenging program dealing with approximately 45 to 50 vendors at a time and at a time we need to challenge the market strategy, I always have overcome this situation with the complete support of public and quality publicity in a competitive market.

"Akira events and wedding planners ".This is a dream come true as u know u need tp pay high to make your dreams come true. I have had the most tough times in this firm. Lots of competition, light, and harsh comments, handling labour, client satisfaction, etc

Our company has always given quality and promised events which always match the clients level.

4. What do you think are the most important qualities of a successful entrepreneur?

A successful entrepreneur should always be ready for negative and positive decisions, comments, communications, etc as it is not always u success, I believe failure brings out the best of you.

5. What are some of the most important factors for running a successful business?

You want to run a successful business you need to have confidence, not overconfidence, have a firm decision, and patience in everything you do. Think before you go ahead On any decisions for the benefit of the company.

6. What are your tips for the first time and aspiring entrepreneurs?

For the first time, aspiring entrepreneurs will always say. Failure is not being a good or best entrepreneur. It only brings out the best in personal capacity towards any business. It always brings out your strength and capacity personally.

7. How can one overcome a hurdle of lack of funds when starting up?

Start with a passion where u will yourself will come to know your capacity of investment. And later sky us a limit for funds so be positive and start positive.
