1. Tell us about your background and journey.

All that brews was initially started in 2018 as a page for reviewing cafes and pubs, We had not been very active with the reviewing and always thought of starting a cuisine page to share our recipes and passion for cooking. 2020 being the year, we decided to finally do something about it. And now the page is completely meant to share our in house recipes.

2. Which is your favourite cuisine and dish?

We both share an inexplicable love for Indian cuisine, (malayali naadan food to be specific.) Favourite dish - Hands down “Porotta Beef”

3. Should food blogging be just a passion or can it become a regular career?

Well, To each his own. But we believe you should have a passion for food blogging to make it in to your full time job.

4. Which restaurants/food joints would you recommend to food lovers?

Our favorite restaurants are preferred from our favorite cuisines of these particular places. This has to be quiet a few like the
1. Porotta and beef in Aaramam, Karama,
2. Biriyani in Peppermill, Abu Dhabi,
3. Madfoon, Sulaimani and Kunafa from Najd Palace, Abu Dhabi and
4. Kheema Dosa in Bangalore Empire, Dubai

5. What makes you appreciate a particular dish or a restaurant and talk about it on your blog?

When we dine out, the main intention is to treat ourselves. We go out for the whole package. It includes delicious meals that are well portioned and artfully presented, served in a clean venue by polite staff. We enjoy the comfort of sitting down and having someone else bring everything to us. We want to relish our food and drink, have a few laughs and leave whole heartedly without having to do the dishes. The whole experience deserves to be a post on our page.

6. Is there a dish you particularly associate yourself with?

Yes. Biriyani. A rich union of rices, ghee, spices, meat and a generous measure of fried cashews and raisins just brings about a burst of flavors on your tongue. It’s such a versatile dish. Biriyani is just a combination of all things wonderful.

7. Which is your favourite book and why?"

And the Mountains Echoes by Khalid Hosseini. Hosseini depicts the various layers and characters of his novel beautifully. It is a yearning for the moment that the brother and sister will reunite. Referring to a quote in the book :
They say, Find a purpose in your life and live it. But, sometimes, it is only after you have lived that you recognize your life had a purpose, and likely one you never had in mind.
