1. Tell us more about your role and responsibilities at your college.

I'm a member at Enactus kirori mal college. Enactus is an international non profit organisation providing a framework to students to empower the underprivileged by forming business models for the economic upliftment of the underprivileged communities. My everyday task involves everything from procurement of the materials to the delivery of the product. From online marketing to offline marketing like stalls and Marketing Visits. Currently I'm Tapping Instagram accounts to promote our product.

2. How can we encourage more young students such as yourself to take up leadership role?

I think it's very important for all the youngsters to have leadership qualities and they should take up such roles, this not only will help them groom but will also help our Society to grow.

3. What have been your biggest challenges and learning from what you do?

When I joined Enactus, everything was very challenging initially. Especially the marketing visits and production visits. They required a lot of hardwork and Patience. I'd travel for 1-2 hours for production visit and marketing visits also. I used to find all these things very annoying but they were actually grooming me and making me a better version of myself and preparing me to face the real world.

4. What are your career goals and how is what you are doing is going to help you with that?

Enactus is Entrepreneurial organisation. I want to start something of my own so all the things that I have learned in the past year, it has helped me understand the Entrepreneurial world in a far better way than a text book.

5. What's your message to encourage students to do internships and attend conferences?

It's very very Important to do internship and attend Conferences . The kind Experience and knowledge Internships and conferences can give, trust me no text book can give you that knowledge. Along with the Knowledge and Experience , Both of these can give you opportunities that will help you grow.
