The role of being a leader is to solve the difficulties faced by the student related to the subject or faculty, create a sense of goodwill. Being a good leader includes power of influence ,motivation, skill of leading the group . It includes developing of team strengths n improve weakness.
Being a leader , my responsibilities are fulfill the demands of my classmates,
develop communication, discuss the views or problems of each student to the
respective faculty combine on a particular issue, maintain record of each
student and many more. I have to provide a clear vision to them by setting an
example infront of them . And mainly welcoming everybody to be a part of team .
2. How did you rise up to your
position and how can a student aspiring the same, approach it?
To rise up my position my main aim is on
communication skills n how confident I am.
How should I be more dutiful towards my work, should have better
contacts with teachers and students. This helps me in learning new things and
how to learn to overcome difficulties better.
According to me everybody has a different approach n prospective it totally
depends upon one how they take up the situation n challenge given to them .
If any students want to aspires the same position he/she should be interactive, friendly, able to fulfill the responsibilities and majorly the confidence. Positive attitude, motivational power, honesty etc
3. What is it like to juggle
between a leadership role and normal college life?
With the support of my colleagues and teachers i
have learnt to manage how to deal with the duties of being a Leader and enjoy
the college life at a same time. I have learnt to manage my academics at the
same time.
Being a leader is very challenging
in itself because you have to stand out among the society n have to set an example
for the generation.Sometimes I have to leave my important lecture for the
meetings you have to sacrifice things sometime to be best . but its again how
you approach it n take everything in a positive way.
4. What have been some of your biggest
challenges and learning from what you do?
Being a leader you have to face many challenges from being an example for
students motivating them to be a part of events attend college events not to
bunk lectures .You have to be creative enough so as to find new ways to make
college life interesting.
Biggest challenge for me was to settle between
class role and college role together.
I have learnt how to be more interactive, how to
deal with the Issues. Also, I have learnt leadership qualities. It motivates
me for future and helps me to make more friends.
My parents are very supportive in all these
cases. Whenever I found difficulty or I get confused between college work and representative
work, they helped me in finding a solution. This extra activity helps us in
every manner.Parents are the backbone n ultimate support system of everybody .
Whenever I have any problem I go to my parents n they happily provide me with the solution.
6. What are your career goals and how is what
you are doing going to help you with that?
My career goal is that I want to serve for my
nation and wants to help the people in need.Main Aim is to be a “SUCCESSFUL
LAWYER”
I want to give justice to the
people n want to fight for what is right n as u all know every court has so
many pending cases I want to close all the cases n let people get justice.I
want to be an example for society n also want to educate people for their rights
n duties.
The class representative thing helps me in
making my communication better, it makes me more interactive, helps me in
making more friends and many more. Also, it helps me to work upon how to be
brings up good leadership qualities.
7. How can we encourage more young students
as yourself to take-up leadership roles?
We can encourage the students by
telling them it’s importance like it helps you in communication, helps to be
more impressive, how to deal with the duties, how to, manage time and many
more. Also, it develops good career qualities.Be an example for the society .
8. What’s your message to encourage students
to do internships and attend conferences?
Internships and conference gives us a complete
understanding of our roles and responsibilities .It provides experience and learning things on different
level. It helps in making new connections. Internships and conferences are the
opportunities to grow ourselves in a better way.
