1. Tell us more about your role & responsibilities at your college.

The most important responsibility of Being A General Secretary Is to Understand the importance your Position because during that tenure your are not just a student, You Become the representative face of your college to other colleges. Leadership, Keeping the Team Spirit, Time Management with your curriculams, keeping The Smile and Continue Working Inspite of Offended by someone are some the things which really matters a lot to be in this role.

2. How did you rise up to your position and how can a student aspiring the same, approach it?

For looking Yourself At The Position of the GS, you need to maintain very friendly relations with Teachers as well as students, because you Get this Post on voting from your classmates and teachers. Also Not Just For Sake of Getting That Post, you should have previous Volunteering experiences right from schooling like a part of students council to make it very easy for you to work as GS or any other post in college council.

3. What have been some of your biggest challenges and learning from what you do?

Biggest Challenge for me as such right no, I Guess I don’ have came across such thing but yes for Learning, I learned that your past experiences whether it’s your schooling experience that Also matter. Like From my experience, I was a part of students council in my SSC and that on experience I got voted for Class Representative in my HSC and then General Secretary Now and LOOKING These Volunteering Experiences Got Directly Promoted as Team Leader in my internship.

4. What did you do in your current role that makes you feel really proud of yourself?

My Current Role Is As A Team Leader at OYESTER TRAINING. It makes Me Feel Proud Because I am handling 200+ Interns of my own age. This Helps To brush up my leadership skills, Vocabulary, Patience level, motivating them to work, keeping the Team Work.

5. What's your message to encourage students to do internships and attend conferences?

Internships are really great for career as it help to Learn earn More Skills, helps in shaping personality, opens new door to the people of the Professional World and test ways for application of academic knowledge. Also it shows the confirmation of your skills you have learned & add star to your CV.

Yes, all students must attend as much possible conferences in their professions. Attending Conferences Will Help in near future presenting yourself confidently and with utmost loyalty is what we can learn from these conferences. It helps in building a firm acceptable personality which is the key factor required in every aspect of life. Conferences include discussion which is also a part of many Interviews where they test your ability to put your point forth in front of everyone.
