1. Tell us more about your roles and responsibilities at your college?
I am the CR of my class as well as a YouTuber. First I will be talking about my roles and responsibilities as a class representative. I have lots of work related to class activities like how to manage the class and how to conduct any activity in an effective and also in an efficient manner. Second, my roles and responsibilities as a YouTuber are: so I film byte-sized videos which are audience-appropriate also at calculated intervals then I have to edit the footage to attain consistent, refined, and brand-appropriate videos. so I have one more responsibility regarding my subscribers is about how to serve them with unique content every time.
2. How did you rise up to your position and how can a student aspiring the same, approach it?
I always want to be a YouTuber because YouTube is such a platform which gives us both name and fame if you do well. so in beginning, I started my YouTube channel as a fashion blogger but due to academic year or academic pressure, it failed. Then I started my YouTube channel as a travel blogger but due to limited money it also failed but now, I decided to make educational videos because it is a 0-percentage investment channel. And it works well also I crossed 2k views in just 9 days. If any student wants to do the same then here are some basic tips that I am sharing with nu experience are; so make your video inconsistent manner or upload your video once a week. Make your videos unique don't copy any other YouTuber's content.
3. What have been some of your biggest challenges and learnings from what you do?
As a YouTuber, I faced lots of challenges but the most important one is to release your content on time and consistently because your audience wants your content timely and if you are late then the same audience will start hating your videos as you are not capable to fulfil their wish. The second biggest challenge is to make unique content for your audience because the taste and preferences of your audience change rapidly. Learning from these challenges is that one should effectively utilize their time to never miss any opportunity in the future.
4. What did you do in your current role that makes you feel really proud of yourself?
In this lockdown I am doing many types of work like video editing, video making, photoshop, and improving my speaking skills You indulge yourself in activities where you feel like you have ‘utilized’ your time well. Productivity is a great boost to the emotional and mental well-being of a person. However, utilizing your time also means things that you have kept hanging for a long time and should look at now- redundant tasks!
5. What did you do in your current role that makes you feel really proud of yourself?
An internship provides us a better platform to think creatively also it provides us an experience on how actually an industry works also it gives us the depth knowledge of that particular industry. It also provides a student with knowledge of professionalism and simultaneously pays them for their hard work. It is an experience in a safe and structured environment where there is a mentor to guide us in every step.
