1. Tell us more about your role & responsibilities at your college?

Currently, I don’t have that major role in my college I am not very active I was active in the first year of my college and I was a part of 3 societies.NSS, finance, And investment cell, TRT the academic society and I was always in search of new things as these things, that are actively participating in extra activities were new to me.

2. How did you rise up to your position and how can a student aspiring the same, approach it?

After learning so many things in the societies I decided to try my hands on some new things. So became a part of a student-run startup BoomBuzz and I worked very hard for it I am the marketing and branding head at Bloombuzz and there were times that we were afraid of doing things or experimenting with our content but gradually and by working together as team Bloombuzz now is a community of 8000+ students and now recently I have started my own initiative Willing For Welfare.

So I am trying to work for my passion for social work. So my advice to the students is that learn from everywhere learning and leadership is indispensable to each other and it's very important to put your learnings into action.

3. What have been some of your biggest challenges and learnings from what you do?

So there were many challenges we came across challenges on daily basis from handling interns to working for a new initiative and to balance our studies at the same time. These were a few challenges. And I have learned new skills,I am now a confident personality. I believe that things have groomed me in a better way.

4. What did you do in your current role that makes you feel really proud of yourself?

The role I am proud of is that I have recently started my own initiative Willing For Welfare which aims at spreading awareness about the social problems and issues prevailing in society so I am really proud of that I am contributing my little share for the society.Working in bloombuzz and inspiring other students to take up responsibilities and working out of their comfort zones is another thing I am proud of I have a strong network and connection with people.

5. What's your message to encourage students to do internships and attend conferences?

I absolutely endorse the concept of internships and conferences and programs because the learning these things provides is very important for the growth of an individual and provides a different work culture, boosts your confidence makes you realize your potential which might remain undiscovered.
