1. Tell us more about your role & responsibilities at your college.

The role and responsibility of a student are come to class, participate, listen, learn do their work, and improve their skills.

I'm students who have done these things the day I started my college day.
I was a sincere girl who does their work on time and attending classes on time.
As it is the duty of every student to acquire these fine qualities of life which will enable him/her to stand in good stead in the future. My role in college as a class representative.CR is the position of respect in college to maintaining class image and to update the whole class about the academic information that has been passed by management and moreover represents the class.

2. How did you rise up to your position and how can a student aspiring the same, approach it?

Basically, I did my best at my current position, always keeping an eye out for opportunities to learn more and create positive things for any work.
For students, I'd say work hard. Be on time. Ask if you need help rather than making mistakes. 

Be courteous and accommodating. 

Learn as much as possible about work or regarding the job.

Whatever you do, don't be a boat rocker until you're in a position.

3. What have been some of your biggest challenges and learnings from what you do?

Acquiring successful time management skills was the biggest challenge I faced as a student. It was an aspect of college life that I underestimated the significance of. Now that I am in the workforce, I continue to use the skills I gained, and I am always trying to improve on them as well.

4. What did you do in your current role that makes you feel really proud of yourself?

In my current position, I work for content typically create content for the web. This content includes content copy, ebooks, podcasts, and text for graphics.
To develop content accurately reflect company ideals. 

It would be bittersweet to be proud of being myself, the word "proud" doesn't seem appropriate. 

Although I feel a bit proud of what I achieved.

5. What's your message to encourage students to do internships and attend conferences?

What you want to become you have to work really hard.

I know due to the fact I became what I want always to be and it wasn't precisely fun. You ought to juggle, works with the internship. 

You now stand at the threshold of a dream life. Then you graduate and you're nonetheless terrible and underemployed. It can suck but in some unspecified time in the future if you hold fighting through the suction.

I recognize that because I made it over this hump.

And you will learn this hard way. Wherever you work whether it's an internship or attending conference just be honest with your workers spend more time with that event and prepare for that.
