1. Tell us about your background and journey.

I am just another 20 year old city girl who loves food, exploring new places, meeting new people, trying new things, and capturing all of them into beautiful photos and videos as far as I can.

I was pulled into this amazing world by a friend of mine and joined @fork_spoon_pune in March of 2019. Along with active blogging life, I am a Psychology grad, born and brought up in this lovely city of Pune.

2. Which is your favorite cuisine and dish?

Its super tough to pick one favorite cuisine and just one favorite dish from it. But if it came down to this, it would be a pick between Italian and Indian cuisine street food. I almost love everything from Italian cuisine.

Starting from pizza's to pastas and bruschettas till Caprese Salad. And where do we even start to pick from the famous tangy indian street food. Chaat, dabeli, pani puri, pav bhaji, momos, oh I am drooling already!

3. Should food blogging be just a passion or can it become a regular career?

It surely can be a regular career, rather it already is. So many people out there are now a full time food blogger. Again its a personal choice if one wants to make blogging a full time career or part time or just for passion.

4. Which restaurants/food joints would you recommend to food lovers?

There is so much to chose from!

Depending on your mood, if you would like to have a vadapav it has to be JJ Gardens Vadapav. If you are in mood for something healthy, yet fulfilling and tasty you might want to check out Roots9 resto and bar even Sante Spa Cuisine.

For something little romantic would be Bacharika rooftop or Love n Latte Cafe, also Madeline would be great for a all girls date. Culture pune, The tenth floor, Sabores Bistro and Bar (rooftop), Tales and Spirits Bistro would be my favorite places to chill. And these are the places to have a great time with friends or even family!

5. What makes you appreciate a particular dish or a restaurant and talk about it on your blog?

To appreciate anything in our life, we rely on our senses first. I have stolen a small yet important secret from all the chefs rule book out there, they would first see food/beverage, then smell and later taste.

That is what I try and apply. If the food/beverage looks good, smells good and tastes even better it surely deserves the appreciation.

6. Is there a dish you particularly associate yourself with?

Desserts! I would rather associate myself with an entire course than just a dish. Let's be honest we all look to our desserts with puppy eyes and get happy instantly. And thats how I feel and would like to be always, lighting up smiles.

7. Which is your favorite book and why?

I am not much of a reader, or you could say at all. There is one movie based on the novel by John Green, "The Fault In Our Stars" which would be one of my most favorite of all time because it talks about life, love, physical health, mental health and everything else.

Personally loved the dialogue "Some infinities are bigger than others" in simple words quality over quantity and that is what I thrive for!
