My favorite dish is Makke ki roti & Sarso da Saag in the south I love appam and neer Dosa.

3. Should food blogging be just a passion or can it become a regular career?

I personally think it can become a regular career. There is a big industry out there which need bloggers to give genuine reviews/feedback and write about their experience to let their followers/friends know. A lot of platforms are available to write experience and it keeps increasing.

4. Which restaurants/food joints would you recommend to food lovers?

I love to explore new cafes and their unique dishes, a new concept of cafes fascinates me. But I would recommend trying food joints which serve healthy and environmentally friendly food. That’s what I always search and try.

5. What makes you appreciate a particular dish or a restaurant and talk about it on your blog?

Cleanliness and hygiene is the first thing I noticed whenever I entered in any restaurant.

In the case of food, I believe First we eat from the eyes, so I feel presentation is an important part of any dish. Second is the taste of food which should give you satisfaction. Also how many varieties of dishes they are serving, as today everyone wanna eat something new and different.

6. Is there a dish you particularly associate yourself with?

A buffet defines me because I like to think I’m open-minded, like to try just about anything, am not a picky eater. This also defines me because I try to stay unbiased and non-judgmental.
