1. Tell us about your background and journey.

I am a software engineer by profession and now a content creator by heart. I did my schooling from Jharkhand (hometown), completed my engineering from Orissa and currently pursuing my job life in Mumbai.

Through out my life I have been switching between states which planted a sapling of exploring food from the very beginning. Back in college I was a socially introvert person. I knew least about social media but who knew life was about to throw an unexpected twist super soon.

I came to Mumbai on April, 2018 and life was not at all easy after that. I wanted to keep my self occupied in something which will give me happiness and that's when my food blogging journey started on January, 2019. I started my food account on Instagram with a very selfish reason of being happy but soon my content became happiness for others. And I am forever grateful for that.

2. Which is your favorite cuisine and dish?

Italian and Pizza forever favorite.

3. Should food blogging be just a passion or can it become a regular career?

What "food blogging" can be, will always be the output of one's own decision. But yes if we talk in general about food blogging as a regular career then I just wanna say "Food Blogging is
an emerging business".

Someone can earn more than a basic salary but not for free. By free I mean, initially you have to invest time, hard-work and uniqueness which will later grant recognition to you. And then earning will automatically come to you.

4. Which restaurants/food joints would you recommend to food lovers?
  • Bokaro: Ginger, Shane Punjab
  • Odisha : Blast(Cuttack),TCD and Hi Bhubaneswar
  • Mumbai : Bayroute, The union bar& eating house,Bay View restaurant,Jimis etc
  • Pune: Hayat Regency,Merazo, Le Plaisir etc

5. What makes you appreciate a particular dish or a restaurant and talk about it on your blog?

Taste of the dish and hospitality of a particular restaurant.

6. Is there a dish you particularly associate yourself with?

Pizza because it always give me some extra inches but who cares !!!

7. Which is your favorite book and why?

Not a book but a poem has been my forever favorite and that is “The Solitary Reaper” by William Wordsworth. The learning I took from it is 'If you have it in you then you can never be unnoticed'. Talent is not confined within boundaries of acquaintance!
