1. Tell us more about your company and your journey. Give a short biography of yourself.

Hi, I am Lalit Bawa (Motivational speaker/ business coach/digital Marketer/ influencer) from Punjab. I trained approx 1000 people about how to achieve their goals and how to be independent. By profession, I am a civil Er. Now am working with USA based Mnc MLM company Forever living products.

Actually when I get into a job after completed my engg. I realized that my future is not in safe hands and my dreams are too big. I want to live life on my own terms and conditions and I don't want 9-5 life. Then I took the decision to do something different.

2. How did you come up with this idea and go about executing it?

Then 3years ago one person came in my life and he cleared me that job cannot fulfill my dreams, Business and entrepreneurship are the only options then I took a decision to do business and now am successfully running my business. That one decision changed my life on 360.

3. What has been your biggest challenge that you faced and how did you overcome that?

My biggest challenge was society and my friend circle. They put negativity in my mind every day and said many things "you can't do it this is for only rich peoples and this is not working you will definitely fail in this business but I believed myself and keep working without listening to anybody. And many financial problems also came to me.

4. What do you think are the most important qualities of a successful entrepreneur?

1. Plan everything that you want to do

2. Work on your plan and stick to it.

ii want to say that just be practical in your life, don't live life on estimation. Set goals in your life like after 5 years where you want to see yourself and decide your financial goals personal goals and everything should be decided if you want to make life better.

7. How can one overcome a hurdle of lack of funds when starting up?

I believe if you have the courage and believe in yourself then you can automatically manage funds from anywhere. I said it confidentially because I belong to a middle-class family and every successful and richest person of this world were belongs to a middle-class family. So you can do it too.
