 I started making videos on a lip-syncing platform in 2018. I gained a lot of love from the platform "Tiktok" but when the app got banned in 2020 I started making videos on "Instagram reels" and I really enjoy making them.

Tell us about your background and journey.

I use the title Chakraborty in my social media handles because this is my father's surname! I am in my 2nd year of electrical engineering. I started making videos on a lip-syncing platform in 2018. I gained a lot of love from the platform "Tiktok"
but when the app got banned in 2020 I started making videos on "Instagram reels" and I really enjoy making them. 

There have been times when I was criticized for making videos but I have always ignored them because it was something I loved doing and I will continue doing that.

I also want to thank my fam who keep supporting me with beautiful and warm wishes in my messages that make me feel that my decision to make videos was right and that helps to create even better contents.

Who is your favourite artist and why?

I do not have any specific creator whom I admire because what I like is content so whenever any video with a nice content pops up on my feed I enjoy watching it. Besides, I have some of my friends also who make really good videos so i also admire them.



How do you stay up-to-date with current trends?

I like staying active on social media platforms mostly Instagram reels so I get to know the trending songs as well as style that is in trend. Secondly, I highly admire Korean culture and I really like their way of dressing although I am not able to implement it till now maybe shortly I may give it a try.

Please share your upcoming projects?

As I am a student as well as a creator I am busy with internships as well as there are some collaborations I am working on.

My top video on TikTok was a video that had over 2 million views and 300k+ likes and on reels, my top video was a video that crossed 508k views and 57.8k likes and another video with 561k views.

Which is your favourite book and why?

My favourite book is "Who will cry when you will die " by Robin Sharma because it tells us the purpose of this life that we live and how can I bring out "The best version of myself".
