Amazing Dupatta Draping Styles You Must Try

With the arrival of the wedding season, the desire to don things differently, add an innovative touch, quirk things up, is but natural. Different regions of India have different cultures and traditions. But, a lehenga is something worn by females in almost all parts of the country. Lehengas are considered as the crowned queens of ethnic fashion. And obviously, a gorgeous lehenga is never complete without the right draping style of its dupatta. There are numerous ways to drape a dupatta for a beautiful look.

So, let’s have a look at some of the amazing dupatta draping styles:-

Front Flow Style: It’s just the opposite of the common style of wearing it. Dupatta will fall on your back and the front part will be pleated. It is generally recommended for brides.

Saree Draping Style: This is one of the most common styles of draping the dupatta. This is done just by draping a pallu.

One-Side Draping: This style doesn’t cover the entire choli part of your lehenga. One part will be pleated on the left side and the other one will be tucked in the waist.

U-Shape Draping: This style creates a “U” shape on the backside of the bride. One part will be pleated on the right side and the other one will be tucked in the waist, leaving the falls neatly to create the shape.

Draping With Double Dupattas: Here, two dupattas are used with the lehenga. One for draping and the other one for covering the head.
