My Fitness mantra is definitely consistency and now over a period of time eating right too. In my earlier days of starting workouts I used to eat almost everything but recently I have start what we call is eating clean.
1. Tell us about your background and journey.
I'm from Delhi and have studied there. I have done hotel management and before moving to Mumbai for acting I have literally done almost 13/14 jobs in all different fields and in all that I was constantly evolving and learning as a person. And of course when I left Delhi and shifted to Mumbai it was a total roller coaster ride with all sorts of things happening it. But it has been an interesting journey by far.
2. How did you take a break in the industry?
Break in industry has a lot of efforts and being consistent at the regular auditions happening in the city and yeah that's how it started. I just ran from one studio to the other asking for the audition and if I fit the character.
3. Did you ever think or dream of becoming an actor?
Honestly I was smitten by the most charismatic actor Indian cinema has SRK. He is from Delhi and I m a Delhite too. And the thought of being an actor was definitely because of King Khan.
4. How would you describe yourself as an actor and Fitness Trainer?
As an actor or a trainer I guess I have a long way to go and a lot to learn while being part of the both of them. I am lucky enough to have worked with some great minds in business and hopefully this will be a never ending learning for me and I am loving it.

6. What is one piece of advice you would like to give someone who wishes to lose weight?
My Piece of advice for people who actually want to lose weight would be
- Don't give up and be consistent and honest with yourself and your trainer
- Hire a trainer who can take you ahead in this journey with him/her
- Eating correct and hygiene food is definitely essential when you are looking to loose weight
