Synopsis - Spoiler Alert!
Let It Snow: Three Holiday Romances is a collection of three interconnected short stories, namely, The Jubilee Express by Maureen Johnson, A Cheertastic Christmas Miracle by John Green and The Patron Saint of Pigs by Lauren Myracle. It encapsulates three life-changing events in the lives of three couples through Christmas.
The Jubilee Express portrays Jubilee, who’s stuck on a train during a snowstorm in Gracetown on Christmas Eve on the way to her grandparents’, when she meets Stuart, who lives nearby and invites her to his place. Annoyed with a group of cheerleaders also onboard the train, she gets off with Stuart and spends Christmas with him.
A Cheertastic Christmas Miracle starts off with Tobin, The Duke (a tomboyish girl named Angie) and JP, hanging out at Tobin’s while his parents are out of town and planning to go to the Waffle House to play Twister with a group of cheerleaders. As they drive to the Waffle House, Tobin and the Duke go through a series of events that could break them apart or bring them closer than ever.
The Patron Saint of Pigs is the story of Addie, who is believed to be a tad bit narcissistic by her friends after her breakup with the shy Jeb. To prove otherwise, she promises to pick up her best friend Tegan’s teacup pig but fails to do so as she’s ironically engrossed in a conversation with a woman about being there for others.
As she strives to prove her worth, Jeb is going around town looking for Addie without cell reception. As Jubilee and Stuart, and Tobin and the Duke sit at Starbucks, where Addie works, Jeb enters. All of them marvel at what a life-changing Christmas it has been!

Learning Outcomes
Every story has its own unique lesson to be learnt. Jubilee breaking up with her uncaring boyfriend, Noah tells us to never let anyone take us for granted and wait for the person who makes you feel valued and appreciated.
Tobin and the Duke’s friendship turned relationship is a cautious tale of how things can go extremely wrong if you keep things to yourself and end up making you feel hurt. If you care about someone, tell them how you feel and things will be exactly how they need to be.
Addie and Jeb teach us that it’s possible for good-hearted people to find themselves too engrossed in their own lives and problems. What truly matters is that you try making changes and be there for the people that matter to you. Taking time out to do things for other people is a choice that has to be consciously made.
Famous Quotes
“Once you think a thought, it is extremely difficult to unthink it.”

“We just did an awesome job of not dying.”
“One person's crazy is another person's sane, I guess.”
“Christmas is never over, unless you want it to be... Christmas is a state of mind.”
“Tired, but not the kind of tired that sleep fixes.”
“Sometimes when we forget to do things for others, it's because we're too wrapped up in our own problems.”
