I am Somya Luhadia Certified  Fitness Expert, Weight management specialist, Nutritionist. I have been training more than 10,000 women every day to develop a healthy & fit lifestyle. I started my channel in 2018 & now I have over 80 million viewers across the world & over 8.2 lac subscribers on my channel, I love to motivate people to develop a love for themselves, their body & relationship with food.

Develop a deep love relationship with yourself, because you owe this to your body 



3. What are some of the major misconceptions about diets and exercises?

There are many, however, any method that might attract you to achieve your goals in short term is not sustainable, getting in shape can be one of the byproducts but the main objective should be to stay healthy & fit in the long run!


4. How can one maintain a healthy lifestyle?

The lifestyle itself says it all 

By focusing on changing few habits in daily life that supports your body like drinking lots of water, moving, getting proper sleep,  eating your food slowly, basic tips yet will help you develop a sustainable lifestyle 


5. How can one build a successful career in your field?

First, question yourself why you want to get into this field, if you get an answer like money, then drop the idea because its wrong objective, knowing about your body is important for all but if you want to be an expert in the field, you must be ready to dive into details, certifications play an important role, knowledge plays an important role, its been 4 years & even after getting more than 6 major certifications in the field, I am still learning! So if you want to get into this, be ready to learn & question!




6. What is one piece of advice you would like to give someone who wishes to lose weight?

Get your objective right, focus on developing a lifestyle & long term health benefits, weight loss is just the byproduct!


7. How do diets and exercise contribute to overall well-being and happiness?

Our body doesn’t understand the money we earn, but it understands how much food we eat, it doesn’t matter what you wear but, what kind of exercise you do, these are internal affairs & should be given utmost importance life, because if these two are taken care of, rest everything will fall into place & if you are not giving proper fuel & care to your body, soon it will collapse!
