She Is Very Inspiring!!
It’s great for older girls to see a more mature person
wearing an outfit because then they will relate to it, and it’s good for
enterprise because child boomers are considered one of the largest demographics
relating to shopping for fashion.
Grant Says:
Sporting a swimsuit wasn’t a problem for me because 70
is the new 50. We are all healthier and dwelling longer now, and also, you’ve
solely obtained one physique. So, you will as properly be happy with it.It’s
about empowering yourself and others, no matter of what form, measurements or
age you’re.

She snuck in to see a dress rehearsal and they decided to
have her on their show, “She was much taller than the other girls, so they had
to remove the newspaper stuffing from her shoes”.
From there the only way was up and out of the Antipodes
to Europe and America, where she worked for titles like Vogue in Paris, Italy
and London, and was photographer by Royal family photographed Norman Parkinson
and Helmut Newton.

Sarah Grant’s Comments on Beauty Standards
Have Changed by Days:
They’re more unrealistic these days: “We were all just
regular sizes-a size 10 or size 12-so there wasn’t that pressure to be slim.
When the super skinny look came in it was really tragic for the business and a
lot of girls ended up with issues because of it”. Today the work has shrunk in
addition to the sizes.
“A lot of the magazines have closed and media outlets
have shrunk, “If you don’t have a big Instagram following now, no one will look
at you.
It’s a shame that people are so hooked into social
media, but the positive is that models can use it to have their own agency and
their own voice”.
Sarah Isn’t the Only Over 50 Making Waves
in the Beauty World:
Supermodel and widow to The Cars Rocker Ric
Ocasek,Paulina Porizkova, made headlines in April this year after she hit out at
critics who suggested she was too old to publicly show her naked body.
To make a point, the Czech-born Swedish model, who
turned 56 on April 9, shared a fully frontal nude snap from her latest shoot
with Vogue Czechoslovakia.
She Nonetheless Loves Work
She still gets so excited.Shesays that it’s such a buzz
to walk down that runway, it’s really a kind of high”. As a recommendation for
youthful fashions, shesays: “Just embrace who you are and enjoy it, and go to
the bathroom before the show!”
